VIRAL VIDEO: Chinese Mistress Stripped Naked in Public

A 38-year-old Chinese woman Lin Yao Li, was publicly stripped naked and beaten by a group of four women as she was walking on her way home in Puyang in eastern China's Henan province.

According to reports, Lin Yao was allegedly a mistress of the husband of one of the four women who attacked her, she was punched and kicked in the groin and breasts. The four women violently ripped her clothes off and continued battering her.

Although there were witnesses, no one dared to help Li.

Jun Feng, 30, a local man who assisted Li after the attack said such incident is becoming a normal in China.

"This type of thing is becoming quite normal. Angry wives and girlfriends get their revenge on their cheating men by attacking the other woman. People don't tend to get involved because they see it as being an argument of the heart," Feng said.

Former DOH Secretary and Senator Juan Flavier is Dead

Former DOH Chief and Senator Juan M. Flavier died on Thursday afternoon, succumbing to multiple organ failure brought about by pneumonia. He was 79.

According to a report by Rappler, Flavier was brought to the National Kidney and Transplant Institute last September 10 on suspicion of food poisoning, and was in the hospital's intensive care unit from September 11 until his death on Thursday.

Over the past three years Flavier had suffered a series of small strokes that left his speech facilities intact, but compromised his balance and mobility.

He leaves behind his wife, Susan, and their children Jondi, Johnet, James, and Joy.

He died surrounded by his family, his former chief of staff at the Senate, Rudy Quimbo, former staff member Ramon Navarra, former DOH undersecretary Susy Pineda Mercado, and former senator Orly Mercado.

VIRAL VIDEO: Amazing Blind Filipina Sings Mariah Carey's Hit Song

A blind Filipina has caught the attention of netizens after her video effortlessly belting out Mariah Carey's version of "I'll Be There" inside a music store in a mall is currently making rounds online.

Jeff Alagar wrote on the video description: "Superb. Her name is Katchry Jewel Golbin also known as Alienette Coldfire on Facebook. We had to look twice as the video started because it was so good I thought she was lip syncing. But this is all genuine vocals coming from this little gem. Can you imagine if they put this girl in a professional studio to refine her vocal abilities and put her behind a good mic and record her voice like they do the pros?"

In the four-minute video, the woman effortlessly sings Mariah Carey's version of "I'll Be There" with mall-goers looking and cheering her on.

Golbin, who is a native of Capiz, has 4,499 friends on Facebook and over 2,500 followers.

Jollibee Ranked as 'Best International Restaurant' by US Food Website

The iconic Jollibee has once again had proven that it’s worth taking a shot in the international market.

Just recently, a US-based food enthusiast, Adam Lapetina, via the website The Thrillist, ranked 16 of the best restaurants in America and guess what? Jollibee clinched the top spot.

“[Jollibee] is a giant anthropomorphic red bee who’s one of the most recognizable figures in the Philippines, and with good reason,” said Lapetina. “This guy slings Filipino comfort food (tuna pies!! SPAM sandwiches!! Spicy fried chicken!!) at over 2,000 locations worldwide, including a few locations stateside. Look out, Grimace.”

Jollibee bested other restaurants coming from Singapore, United Kingdom, Australia, China South Africa, France, Saudi Arabia and a lot more.

John Lloyd Cruz has Yet to Decide on Renewing Contract with ABS-CBN

Award-winning actor John Lloyd Cruz said he has yet to decided whether he will renew his contract with his home network for over 15 years, ABS-CBN.

During a press conference, launching him as the newest endorser of Magic Flakes, “The Trail” actor told the reporters that he will fly to America with his family and girlfriend Angelica Panganiban for a long vacation before deciding to renew his contact.

“This vacation that I will have with Angelica and with my family abroad would really help me to clear my head. Pagbalik ko siguro, mas maayos na yung proseso ng magiging desisyon ko. For now, ayaw ko na lang muna isipin. Ang gusto ko lang gawin is to have this vacation and break,” he said.

John Lloyd Cruz’s exclusive contract with kapamilya network will end this October. He said in his previous interviews that his renewal of contract is still under negotiation. He also admitted that it was the reason why he did not become a part of the new series with working title “Bridges” with Maja Salvador and Jericho Rosales.

Asked why it will take him a while before deciding, the 31-year-old star said: “Well, like I said, hindi na ako bumabata. Parang every decision that I make, I expect it to be harder, mas may bigat… not bigat na parang hirap ka sa kalooban mo. Kaya lang, kailangan mong maging mas maingat kasi you’re talking about the next two years of your life.”

'I Do' Couples Undergo Lie Detector Test

The three Power Couples of ABS-CBN realiserye “I Do” will face what might be the toughest task in the competition as they take a lie detector test to prove their love, honesty, and commitment to each other.

VIRAL VIDEO: Young Girl's Leg Turns BLACK and MUMMIFIED After Venomous Snake Bite

A 13 year old girl was the victim of a snake bite which in turn caused her leg to turn completely black and horrifically shrivel up. The video clip become trending topic online as it shows a leg of a girl resembling a mummified body part due to the poison of the snake.

According to MailOnline, the girl who is unidentified, was first treated by remedies from the indigenous culture she was from, according to a photograph posted on Instagram by the username 'juventudmedica'.

The snake's venom caused severe necrosis.

Necrosis, which is the premature death of cells. The condition was so severe it caused the tissue in the leg to rot away and essentially "die". The girl did not seek proper medical treatment until a month after the bite. She instead used remedies from the indigenous culture she was from. Eventually she was brought to a hospital in Caracas, Venezuela.

Due to the severe necrosis, a condition called rhabdomyolysis, where muscle tissue throughout the body begins to die. Doctors said that in order to prevent more serious complication, the leg should be immediately amputate.

'Forevermore' is Now the Country's No. 1 Teleserye

ABS-CBN’s newest primetime romantic drama series, “Forevermore,” starring Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano is now the Philippines’ number one teleserye as proven by its national TV rating of 27.1% when it premiered on Monday (October 27).

Based on data from Kantar Media, the pilot episode of “Forevermore” ranked second to “TV Patrol” in the overall list of most-watched programs nationwide. Its national TV rating was more than double the ratings of its rival series on GMA, “Hiram na Alaala,” which only garnered 12.8%.

The premiere of the Cathy Garcia-Molina and Ted Boborol-directed series also became the hottest topic online when it captured six out of Twitter’s 10 worldwide trending topics. Topping the list was the shows’s official hashtag #ForevermoreBegins followed by ‘Enrique Gil,’ ‘Liza Soberano,’ ‘Enrique,’ ‘Liza,’ and ‘Quen.’ Direk Cathy and the line ‘Si Yves,’ meanwhile, trended on Twitter Philippines.

“Forevemore” is a unique tale about first love that blossomed between two different people — the rebellious and irresponsible unico hijo of a hotel magnate, Xander(Enrique), and the feisty and hardworking Strawberry Jam Queen of La Trinidad, Benguet, Agnes (Liza).

The newest Kapamilya primetime series is produced by Star Creatives, the same group that brought viewers the hit romantic drama series “Princess and I” and “Got To Believe.”

‘Pure Love’ stars Joseph Marco & Arjo Atayde, real life rivals in courting Alex Gonzaga

Arjo Atayde and Joseph Marco may be best friends, but they reveal in “Tapatan Ni Tunying” airing this Thursday (October 30) that neither of them will give way when it comes to courting “Pure Love” leading lady Alex Gonzaga.

“If Arjo pursues Alex, I will pursue her too. May the best man win. But then again, I will make sure that it won’t destroy our friendship,” says Joseph.

'The Voice of the Philippines' Season 2 Premiere Soars High in Ratings

Viewers across urban and rural areas in the country tuned in to the return of “The Voice of the Philippines” as they watched the first batch of new hopefuls sing to try to turn the chairs of coaches Apl de Ap, Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo, and Lea Salonga.

According to data from Kantar Media, the singing-reality show’s pilot episode last Sunday (October 26) recorded a national TV rating of 28.3%, or nine points higher than its rival program “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho” (17.2%).

Posts about the artists and the coaches also flooded on social networking site Twitter, with the official hashtag #TheVoicePHisBack topping the list of the trending topics in the Philippines and worldwide.

So far, each coach has already enlisted one artist on their respective teams. Balladeer Tammy Pavino chose coach Lea, while police officer Jannet Cadayona officially got in the competition when coach Apl turned around for her. But what really brought the house down and had the coaches losing their minds were the performances of the season’s first four-chair turner and rocker Tanya Diaz, who picked coach Bamboo, and another four-chair turner and the ‘reggae tatay of Bacolod’ Kokoi Baldo, who joined Team Sarah.

Also stealing the scene was coach Bamboo look-alike Bryan Babor, who surprised the judges with his singing voice that sounded exactly like his idol’s. Even though he didn’t make it past the blind auditions, Bryan got his wish to have a duet with coach Bamboo.

Jolina Magdangal Reunites with Marvin Agustin in ABS-CBN’S Drama Series 'Flordeliza'

Singer-actress Jolina Magdangal is overwhelmed with all the positive feedback and well wishes she has been receiving since her return to ABS-CBN. She recently had her first taping day (October 27) for the new drama series “Flordeliza,” wherein she will be co-starring with her long-time love team partner, Marvin Agustin.

“I’m so excited and nervous, but in a good way, for everything that will happen next. After 12 years, I’m finally back home,” said Jolina about her ABS-CBN homecoming.

“What really made me come back are the people on- and off-cam whom I missed working with. The first on my list is Direk Wenn Deramas. He was my director in ‘Kung Ikaw Ay Isang Panaginip,’ my last movie under Star Cinema. I was so happy and at ease when I learned that he will be the one to direct ‘Flordeliza.’ I know that I will not have a hard time,” explained Jolina, who gained stardom in the 1990s through ABS-CBN shows like “Ang TV,” ”Gimik,” ”Esperanza,” and ”Labs Ko Si Babe.”

But aside from Direk Wenn, Jolina admitted that it is the beautiful story of “Flordeliza” and her tandem with Marvin that made her say yes to the project.

“The viewers will see a different Marvin-Jolina tandem in ‘Flordeliza.’ Unlike before when people were used to seeing us in romantic comedy shows, now, in ‘Flordeliza,’ they will surely be surprised. It’s something worth watching out for,” said Jolina.

Also part of “Flordeliza” are Desiree del Valle and new Kapamilya child stars Rhed Bustamante and Ashley Sarmiento.

“Flordeliza” is set to premiere on ABS-CBN this November.

Governor Edgardo 'Egay' Tallado Apologizes for Sex Scandal

The governor of Camarines Norte Edgardo Tallado apologized to his family, colleagues and supporters over the intimate pictures of him along with a woman that have circulated online.

In a speech before his supporters Tallado asked for forgiveness saying that he is only human, who is also subject into weaknesses.

“Kung ako po ay nagkamali, tao lang po ako. May Kahinaan din po ako. Ito po ay sana unawain nating lahat,” said Tallado.

He also calls for the people, he identified as his enemy in politics, to stop spreading the pictures noting that he still wanted to fix his marriage. He also apologized to the woman in the picture.

“Doon po sa aking mga kalaban sa pulitika, tigilan na po natin yung pagkakalat ng mga pinopost niyo po sa Facebook at anu man dahil napakalaswa po niyan. Wala pong kinalaman sa trabaho ko iyan. Tuligsain niyo po ako kung ang trabaho ko po ang kailangan,” Tallado said.

“Ako po ay humaharap sa inyo ng eye-to-eye. Dahil ako po wala pong isyu dito na ako ay nagnakaw ng kaban ng bayan,” he added.

Tallado was seen kissing and caressing a woman in a three-photo collage that surfaced in the internet over the weekend. The woman was also seen naked in one picture while kissing the politician.

Mrs. Josefina Tallado, the wife of the governor, surfaced days after being declared missing. She said she ran away from their house after she fears for her life when her husband confronted her, with a gun hidden at his back, accusing her of leaking the photos online.

Ellen Adarna Breaks Her Silence On Alleged Sex Video

Ellen Adarna has broken her silence on the alleged sex video she shared with her former flame that is now reportedly going viral.

Via an interview with the reporters during the sidelines of the event of Ginebra where she was launched as the calendar girl for 2015, Adarna, 26, denied the rumors. She said she had been very careful and "paranoid" in terms of intimate moments.

"Wala [akong sex video]. Sana lumabas na 'yan matagal na if ever mayroon," Adarna said. "Pero wala, wala talaga. I am very careful about that praning ako sa mga ganyan."

Despite of her appearance as a sexy actress, Adarna said she is never that type of girl who will agree in filming an intimate moment saying that she doesn't want to be put in such hot seat.

"I'm not that, after all that happened sa mga scandals na ganyan. At hindi talaga ako ganoon ka-confident [na mag-pose para sa mga sex video]."

In a recent media interview, she said she's ready to bare all and would consider going naked for the sake of a great film.

In a recent media interview, Adarna said she is "happy and overwhelmed" after she was offered to become the calendar girl noting that the past girl who posed for this highly-anticipated calendar are all big stars.

"Of course [I'm] very happy and overwhelmed kasi the previous girls were big stars. So ‘di ko ine-expect na pipiliin nila ako,"said Adarna.

Other stars who have posed in the past are Georgina Wilson, Angelica Panganiban, Anne Curtis, Solenn Heussaff. Last year, it was Marian Rivera who took the honors.

This "sex video" controversy surfaced after some copies of her nude shoot for a popular men's magazine were leaked online via a gossip website.

Despite she never regretted agreeing with shoot, she felt violated after they appear online. She moved on, but put the blame on the unprofessional people who didn’t do their job.

"I felt violated but I got over it. Unfortunately, (expletive) happens and someone didn’t do their jobs, someone was unprofessional. Hindi ako ang may kasalanan," Ellen said. "If anything, I learned na dapat careful na next time."

The viral photo of alleged scandal taken from a certain Wang Boo on Facebook, garnered more than 4,000 likes and 2,000 comments. The scandal photo actually goes viral not only on Facebook, but in other social media news reports as well.

In an interview with Umagang Kay Ganda, Mrs. Tallado stated "Hindi po ako nawawala at hindi ako nakidnap. Kusa akong tumakas dahil alam kong hindi na ako safe sa sarili kong tahanan." She also absolutely denied the allegations that she was the one who uploaded the scandalous photo.

Mrs. Tallado's lawyer Lorna Kapunan stopped her from talking because she is exhibiting signs of battered woman syndrome. Meanwhile, the attorney said the governor destroyed his wife's laptop using the gun.

'The Voice of the Philippines' Season 2 Kicks Off Blind Auditions on Sunday

A new batch of Filipino artists with extraordinary voices will take center stage in the highly anticipated Season 2 of Philippine TV’s best vocal competition, “The Voice of the Philippines,” which begins this Sunday (October 26), 8:30 PM on ABS-CBN.

Back in Season 2 are its quartet of superstar coaches Apl de Ap, Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo, and Lea Salonga, with the solid team of multi-awarded host Luis Manzano, Robi Domingo, Alex Gonzaga, and the ultimate multimedia star Toni Gonzaga.

“I’m really happy about the hosts of Season 1 and Kids teaming up. Of course, I’m proud to be back too, since this format is really close to my heart. We get to discover more talents and I’m sure it’s going to be an exciting season,” said Toni.

Luis, who hosted “The Voice Kids,” shared that Season 2 brought him a brand-new experience because aside from his regular hosting duties, he also went to different places in the country to personally invite artists to join the blind auditions.

“In ‘The Voice Kids,’ we were very impressed by big voices coming from little children, and that proves that innate talent of Pinoy singers. This season, I got to travel the country and I saw the amazement and joy in each artist when I gave them the envelope. During the blinds, I surprised and checked on some of them. So I got to know their inspirations and motivations,” Luis shared.

In Season 2, coaches Apl, Sarah, Bamboo, and Lea will have to assemble 14 artists to form a team by the end of the blind auditions. The new season will also introduce the ‘steal,’ which will definitely add spice and excitement to the competition.

During the battle rounds, each coach will have to pit two artists against each other and choose only one that will move on to the next round. If a coach likes an artist, he or she can ‘steal’ the losing artist. If two or more coaches like the losing artist, the artist, just like in the blind auditions, gets to choose which coach or team to transfer to.

“This season is going to be more thrilling, and that’s going to fuel an even intense competition among the coaches. Palaban lahat. I’m glad to be of service and show the latest happenings in the program. There are lots of great singers this season,” Robi said.

Robi and Alex will again serve as the program’s V-Reporters, who will deliver online the latest and most significant updates backstage and behind the camera.

Meanwhile, Alex has also been a visibly active singer-performer, which she said helped her in her hosting.

“Actually, singing is also my passion, so I can totally relate to singers and our artists in ‘The Voice.’ It’s just that I have not gotten my big break in singing. As of the moment, I focus on my acting, hosting, and being an author. But I’m not closing my doors,” joked Alex.

To tease viewers, “The Voice” has released videos of two blind audition performances showing a policewoman belting out “Tukso” and a female rocker singing “What About Love.”

The new season will showcase artists with notably refined artistry representing various fields and ages, including a nurse, a bus vendor, a farmer, a chemist, a Zumba instructor, and a former recording artist.

Kapamilya Teen King and Queen Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo were seen watching Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Popularly known as KathNiel, the two were captured by the camera experiencing an episode of one the most influential show host in the world.

Teen Queen described the experience as "totally unforgettable" and posted several photos of her and her onscreen partner and rumored boyfriend, Padilla, inside the studio of “Ellen”, as well as her VIP pass.

'Forevermore' to Touch Viewers’ Hearts and Minds this Monday

Jason Abalos Sued for Kidnapping Own Son in 'Ipaglaban Mo'

Primetime’s hunk actor and “Two Wives’” leading man Jason Abalos (Nelson) stars in this Saturday’s (October 25) episode of “Ipaglaban Mo,” where he portrays a soldier who ‘abducted’ his own son from his parents-in-law.

Nelson’s estranged wife left their son with her parents when she left the country to pursue her dreams in the United States. However, her parents would always give Nelson a hard time whenever he wanted to spend time with his son. Longing for his little boy, Nelson decided to take him and flee.

Eventually, Nelson and his in-laws ended up in a custody battle. Whose side did the court take? Who between them won the custody over the child?

Man Arrested for Taking Photos of PBA Player Danny Ildefonso While Taking Shower

A man who use to work as a dance instructor was arrested after he was caught taking photos of PBA cager Danny Ildefonso while showering naked at the Meralco Gym in Pasig City.

"Anthony Arnold Trinidad — a 46-year-old dance instructor and part-time events organizer — was arrested for taking pictures of PBA player Danny Ildefonso while the latter was naked and taking a shower at the Meralco gym in Pasig City on Tuesday, October 21," reports Non Alquitran in The Philippine Star.

According to Ildefonso, he was taking a shower after a practice for his team, Meralco Bolts, when he suddenly heard a "clicking sound". When he peeked through the curtains of his shower cubicle he saw Trinidad kneeling down and probably taking pictures using his iPad.

Ildefonso ran after Trinidad, who immediately left the place. Good thing, he was cornered by Meralco security guards Albino Barredo and Baltazar Antido.

Meral Bolts assistant coach Art de la Cruz accompanied the 37-year-old cager-businessman to the police and to file a case against the suspect for violation of Republic Act 9995 or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009, said EPD Chief Superintendent Abe Villacorta.

Ildefonso returned to the EPD headquarters the day after the incident to formally lodge the complaint against the privacy invader. The man however apologized to the 6-foot-6 PBA MVP and promised that he will delete the pictures from his iPad.

Danny Ildefonso decided not to pursue the case and the suspect was released.

Coco, Kim, KC, Julia, & Jake Thank ‘Ikaw Lamang’ for Their Unforgettable Experience

“Ikaw Lamang” stars Coco Martin, Kim Chiu, and KC Concepcion are very thankful for the unforgettable experience they had for being part of ABS-CBN’s master drama series, which will air its final episode this Friday (October 24).

“’Ikaw Lamang’ gave us a wonderful learning experience as actors. I felt like I made two drama series because of the two characters I portrayed, Samuel and Gabriel,” said the Teleserye King Coco.

On the other hand, Teleserye Princess Kim said it was a dream-come-true for her to work with award-winning actors in the industry. “It was so amazing that I was given the chance to work with my idols in one project. I learned so much about life and acting from them,” she said.

For 2014 FAMAS Best Actress KC, joining the “Ikaw Lamang” cast as Natalia was a huge challenge for her. “It was very challenging because the show went through a huge transition when our characters entered the story. I am very happy and grateful that I became a part of a series as big and as beautiful as ‘Ikaw Lamang.’”

Meanwhile, Kapamilya stars Jake Cuenca and Julia Montes continuously praise the success of “Ikaw Lamang,” where they once played the characters of Franco and Mona.

“Until now, ‘Ikaw Lamang’ has been very inspirational for me as an actor not only because of its story, but also because of the brilliant cast, crew, and directors,” Jake said.

“Being a part of ‘Ikaw Lamang’ felt like graduating from college because of all the things we’ve learned from the show and from each other,” Julia added.

As the story of “Ikaw Lamang” comes full circle this week, ABS-CBN’s master drama series is set to fire up the nights of TV viewers now that Gabriel has vowed to do everything to seek revenge against Franco (Christopher de Leon) for killing his father Samuel (Joel Torre).
