Vice Ganda Dishes Out Advice and Good Vibes in 'It's Showtime'

Vice Ganda is doing more than just giving useful advice in his “It’s Showtime” segment “Advice Ganda.”

Aside from dishing out words of wisdom for troubled people with problems, Vice has also started spreading good vibes by granting some of the madlang people’s wishes.

In fact, Vice, through the segment, initiated a meet-up between Melody and her idol, the Queen of All Media Kris Aquino. Melody, who sat in the studio audience, talked over the phone to Kris, who then invited her to a “Kris TV” taping in order to meet her.

Meanwhile, a 23-year-old dancer from General Santos City was named the “Sample Queen” of “It’s Showtime” last Saturday (August 22) after impressing the jurors and the madlang people with her jampacked and high-energy performance.

Queenie Velarde, a mass communication graduate, pulled out all the stops to showcase her skills in dancing, rapping, and even playing the guitar and drums. As the grand winner, Queenie won P300,000.

"All Of Me" Tackles Second Chances at Love with a Twist

ABS-CBN’s latest romantic drama masterpiece, “All of Me,” is the newest addition to the Kapamilya Gold block that highlights second chances at love with a twist in time beginning Monday (August 31).

The romantic drama teleserye revolves around Manuel, a 50-year-old man who defies time just to have his last shot at love after he transforms back to his younger self.

“All of Me” also marks Kapamilya actor JM de Guzman’s major TV comeback after his breakthrough film, “That Thing Called Tadhana” earlier this year.

Joining JM in the latest Kapamilya Gold teleserye are veteran actor Albert Martinez, Kapamilya hunk actor Aaron Villaflor, and rising young actress Yen Santos, who will be doing her first daring role as JM’s love interest.

In the story, Manuel (Albert Martinez) a devoted doctor, decides to leave his flourishing career behind by living in an island after his wife dies. He meets Lena (Yen Santos), a young woman who boldly challenges him to embrace life again and despite the age gap, they find themselves in love.

During their honeymoon in the island, a hired killer tries to kill Manuel, but he escapes death when he stumbles upon a magic portal that transforms him back to his younger self. 'Ningning' Reigns as Most-Watched Daytime Teleserye

ABS-CBN’s top-rating drama series “Ningning” recently reached a new milestone as it reached its all-time high national TV rating last Friday (August 21).

Based on data from Kantar Media, the series starring Kapamilya child actress Jana Agoncillo topped all daytime TV programs in the country with a national TV rating of 21.9%, which was more than double the rating of its rival program in GMA, “The Ryzza Mae Show” (10.1%).

Meanwhile, to personally thank TV viewers for their support in the series, Ningning (Jana) and her bestfriend Macmac (John Steven de Guzman) bonded with the cute and bubbly students of Makati Elementary School last Monday (August 24). Ningning and Macmac’s special visit to the school marked the beginning of the “Ningning School Tour.”

WATCH: Boy Accidentally Damages $1.5 Million Italian Painting

A 12-year old boy accidentally damages a 1600 painting that is worth $1.5 million.

The painting, entitled "Flowers" by Italian artist Paolo Porpora was damaged. Based on the CCTV footage, the 12-year-old boy was tripped by a platform and instinctively used his knuckle against the painting to break his fall.

He then helplessly looked around before walking away.

"The Child press into the painting, putting a fist-sized tear in it," said an employee at the TSA Art of Discovery, which organized The Face of Leonardo exhibition in Taipei.

The painting was restored on site and is now back on exhibition. However, the organizers are about to seek damage to the family of the boy.

Comedian and host Vice Ganda and his friends were left with no choice but to ride a taxi.

Naturally having funny spirit, Vice had a little chit chat with the taxi driver, Kuya Edmond, making fun of himself and his buddies. Kuya Edmond, on the other hand, rode on his jokes and will answer every questions he had.

When Vice joked that he won’t pay the meter, Kuya Edmond responded that it will never be a problem for him because he and his group made him laugh.

After reaching their destination, Vice asked how much his boundary, Kuya Edmond said it’s P1,400 and his gasoline is P1,400.

Kuya Edmond then showed a priceless smile after Vice said he can have P3,000 so he already have his quota for the day.

Elha, Reynan, Esang, and Sassa Make It to 'The Voice Kids' Grand Finals

The next grand champion of “The Voice Kids” will come from either Team Lea or Team Bamboo.

The top-rating and Twitter-trending singing competition on Sunday night (Aug 23) named Reynan and Esang (Team Lea) and Elha and Sassa (Team Bamboo) as the Top 4 young artists voted by the public who will face off in the highly anticipated grand finals next weekend.

Leading the public poll was Reynan, who received 32.98% of the votes, followed by Esang, who got 19.24%. Completing this season’s grand finalists are Elha (18.23%) and Sassa (13.71%), who both impressed the public with their hair-raising performances.

Next weekend, (August 29 at 30), Reynan, Esang, Elha, and Sassa will battle it out for one last time as they woo the public to vote for them.

The grand champion will receive a recording contract from MCA Music Inc., a music instrument package, a family utility vehicle, a house and lot worth P2 million, P1 million cash, and a P1 million trust fund.

Paolo Bediones Speaks Up About 2014 Sex Video Scandal

Newscaster Paolo Bediones speaks up on his 2014 private video that leaked online.

In an interview with radio show "Good Times With Mo" recalled that he carried the burden of knowing the fact that he has a private video for four years.

Bediones admitted that he stored the private video inside his laptop, he said his burden started since 2010 when he had his laptop repaired. He then allegedly received a letter asking for huge amount in exchange of not uploading his sex video online.

He however decided to keep mum about.

"Basically, for the next four and a half years, that's how I lived my life. I would pray at night, I hope it doesn't come out. I'd wake up in the morning, I hope this is not the day. And I guess they got sick and tired of waiting," said Bediones.

Bediones is also thankful to TV networks knowing that he was informed that they already had, but never released it.

"They called me and they said, 'Pao, you know, we have…' Or even when they first got it, they said, 'Pao, we have something here, but don't worry, we won't release it,' And at that time, I was doing 'Extra Challenge' on GMA. It was the biggest show. And ABS could have used it, but they didn't," Bediones revealed.

What's more hurtful for Bediones is the fact that there is another person involved.

"Alam mo 'yong pinakamasakit, may nasaktan ka, e. 'Yon ang pinakamasakit," he confessed.

The girl in the video was his partner and they parted ways long time ago. Bediones said the woman have gone through all sorts of emotion.

Woman Robbed in Front of Their House in Angeles City (Video)

A security camera has recently captured the moment when a woman was robbed along the street in front of her house.

Facebook user Msd Chloe Mimi posted the video showing a lady getting robbed by men in a motorcycle just in front of her house.

The 41-second video showed the woman walking along an alley at about 5:24 a.m. at Cavite St. Mt. View Balibago, Angeles City, when suddenly a motorcycle carrying two men blocked her way. Still has no idea, she just shifted direction, but the back rider declared hold up.

The Voice Kids 2 SingOffs: Francis Lim "When You Believe" (Video)

Francis Lim performed Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston's "When You Believe" during Team Sarah Geronimo's Sing-Offs on "The Voice Kids Philippines Season 2" which aired on Sunday, August 16, 2015.

"The song took off for me once the key changed. That's when you really showed off who you were, with your range, with those really really high notes, that was something special," Lea said.

"Gustong gustong gusto ko yung purity ng boses mo, hindi mo pinapalaki ang boses mo, hindi mo binabago kung sino ka. At 'yun din ang hiningi ko sa 'yo sa rehearsals, yung connection mo sa pagkanta, sobra akong proud para sa 'yo Francis," Sarah said.

Fist Fight at LRT Station Caught on Camera

A video uploaded by Facebook user Bassilyo is currently making rounds on social media. In the video captioned, "BEAST MODE sa LRT Carriedo Station" it appears to be a fist fight between two passengers of Light Railroad Transit (LRT) at Carriedo Station.

According to a certain Joey Padilla who sent the video to the poster "Bassilyo," one of the two fighters (the man in wearing black) was boasting, he challenged the other man for a fist fight when the train stops at the next station. The said station appeared to be the Carriedo Station.

After the train stopped, Padilla said the fight started. The man in black was knocked down several times. One of the passenger tried to separate them but his effort became futile as both men wanted to have his own shot. The fight lasted for about 1 minute before the guard arrived.

WATCH: Enrique Gil Kisses Liza Soberano Live on National TV

Forevermore love team Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano made the people watching "ASAP 20" on Sunday, August 16 went wild after a kiss when they reenacted scenes from the fairy tale Cinderella in their ASAP Musical production called "May Forever."

The sketch is so hilarious with Alex Gonzaga and Melai Cantiveros plays as Cinderella's (Liza) stepsisters, Negi as the evil Stepmother, and Ryan Rems as the narrator.

At the end of the skit Jed Madela sings "Forevermore" and you will find Enrique kissing Liza.

"Ang naging maganda kasi sa 'yo talagang konektado ka sa lahat ng kinakanta mo. Madali ang magbirit, madali ang mag-kulot pero 'yung paglalagay ng puso sa kinakanta mahirap yun," Lea said.

"That was very special, that was good. Bilang isang singer nga ang dami mong pinakita, sumabay lang ako sa 'yo. The way nagkwento ka vocally, that performance was your best," Bamboo said.
