A New Zealand man walked calmly with a metal rod stuck in his head at a gasoline station.
According to the witnesses, the 23-year-old man looked like playing pranks on the people around after he appeared with a rod lodged in his head. However, after a few minutes, they realized that he’s badly hurt, but only calm about it.
"I was like, 'Man is this TV show? Is this for real?'", said Mr. Lester Gray, the owner of the gasoline station. "It looked like a Halloween costumes over their heads, but it was pretty real when he turned around and blood was coming down of his head."
When asked the man if he had a drumstick in his head, he replied "Nah, it's a rod."
He was able to kept his cool and was later rushed to the hospital. Reportedly, he remained stable.
The Associated Press said that the man was brutally attacked by a stranger, who punched him on his head and essentially hit him with a rod that impaled into it.
The Associated Press also released a video taken by the CCTV inside the convenience store at the gasoline station showing how the man entered the and remained calm. People's reaction around him was priceless.
