The Philippine representative in the 2015 Miss International Queen took bagged the crown in a pageant held in Pattaya, Thailand.

Trixie Maristela bested all other 26 contestants in the pageant. Brazil's Velasca Dominik Ferraz ended first runner-up while Sopida Siriwattananukoon of Thailand was hailed as the second runner-up.

Trixie, the reigning Miss Gay Manila, is the second Pinay transgender to win the crown. Kevin Balot took home the drown in 2012.
