A stunt accident causes injury to Ella Cruz. The young actress suffered injury while rehearsing for the first ever grand finals of "Clash of Celebrities" a talent competition of "It's Showtime."
On her Instagram account, Ella Cruz apologized to her fans for not being able to perform at the top-rating noontime program's Saturday live show.
"Nagrehearsal na ako nung Wednesday para sa mga gagawin kong stunts," shared Cruz, who earned a spot in the finals with a sexy, high-flying production number.
In an interview with the media, the actress confirmed the accident and was quoted as saying "Akala ko po 'yun na yung katapusan ko or katapusan ng career ko," the actress stated. "Pero nagpasalamat ako kay God dahil binigyan Niya pa ako ng pagkakataon," she added.
The 19-year-old actress assured her followers that she is on her way to a full recovery. She also said that she will need to take at least three days of rest.
