Sarah Lahbati Takes Lead in Her First Kapamilya Drama

Sarah Lahbati topbills her first ABS-CBN drama this Saturday (Sep 26) as she plays the role of Nora, a pregnant woman who was raped by a distant relative, in the hit legal drama “Ipaglaban Mo.”

While Nora’s husband Leoning (Joem Bascon) was away for work, Nora’s uncle Ramil (Dante Ponce) grabbed the opportunity and forced himself on her despite her condition. After the deed, Ramil fled and was nowhere to be found. He got arrested a year after and instead of confessing the truth, he made up stories and made Leoning believe that he and Nora had an affair.

How would this lie affect Nora and Leoning’s relationship? How can Nora prove that she was raped by Ramil when not a single person witnessed the crime?
