Miss South Africa Rolene Strauss was crowned Miss World 2014 during the pageant night that was held on Sunday, December 14th in London. Hungary and United States are her runners-up.
Also part of the Top 5 Finalists were Ms Australia and England.
Meanwhile, the Top 10 also had Mexico, Kenya, Brazil, Guyana, and South Africa. Thailand was added as the 11th semifinalists for winning the People's Choice award.
The Philipines' Valerie Weigmann was able to make it in the Top 25 Quarterfinalists together with Bolivia, China, Dominican Republic, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Sudan, Vietnam, Finland, Ghana, Netherlands, Russia, Scotland, Sweden and Trinidad & Tobago.
