Avid fans and supporters of teen stars Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla seem to be devastated after an audio clip was extracted into a video, was first uploaded via Youtube that instantly went viral. This showed a voice of a man sounding like Padilla showing excitement in a certain message he received from a girl.
In the audio clip which was also shown recently in The Buzz, a conversation of two or three young men–one of them resembles the voice of Padilla, talked about receiving a text message from an unidentified girl that seemed to excite him. The unidentified girl, speculators said, is actually Jasmine Curtis-Smith.
Before the clip ended, one of the boys in the recording also said: "Wala na si Patrick. Wala nang mangugulo sa 'kin. Wala na 'yung tropa ni Sam."
In the secretly recorded clip, no one could actually be seen, but some netizens immediately speculated and concluded that the voice in the clip indeed belongs to Daniel Padilla.
The "Sam" referred to in the audio recording was Sam Concepcion, the current boyfriend of Jasmine Curtis-Smith, said the netizens.
A day after the "audio scandal" circulated on YouTube, Teen star Daniel Padilla posted the following statement on his official Twitter account (@imdanielpadilla):

In his recent interview with "The Buzz" during the recently concluded Bench fashion show, Padilla just laughed it off when confronted as he further challenged his detractors to do their best in ruining his career.
"Gusto ko lang sabihin, tuloy niyo lang yan, galingan niyo!"
