WATCH | Immigration Agent Caught on Video Slaps a Female Chinese National at NAIA III

The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) is investigating an immigration officer who was caught on a cellphone video hitting a female Chinese national at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 last Sunday, May 4, 2014.

According to ABS-CBNNews, the passenger was identified as Jiang Huixing, a Cebu Pacific passenger who had just arrived from Beijing. While the guy caught on video exchanging blows with the female Chinese passenger is Immigration intelligence agent Benjie Magallon.

Authorities said Jiang would use up all the time she is allowed to stay in the Philippines, return to China and then go back to Manila to resume her work as a teacher in an exclusive Chinese school. Read full report-- HERE.
