Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu or popularly known as Shan Cai in the Philippines because of phenomenal romantic-drama series "Meteor Garden," gives birth to a baby girl she called "Little Shan Cai" via cesarean section on Thursday, April 24, 2014.
According to the reports, the 37-year-old Taiwanese actress, who is married to to businessman Wang Xiaofei, welcomed their first child at around 3: 30 p.m. at a hospital in Taipei.
