A certain Roxanne Cabanero has reportedly filed another rape complaint against comedian-TV host Vhong Navarro, on Wednesday, February 19 at around 4 p.m. in the Pasig City Prosecutor's Office.

According to our research from news and other blogs, Roxanne Cabanero, 24, a beauty pageant enthusiast from Davao and a graduate at University of San Carlos, Cebu City. She joined the Miss Resorts World Manila and Miss Bikini Philippines 2010, and one of the official candidates of Binibining Pilipinas pageant in 2011, but unfortunately, she resigned from the pageant after her nude photos surfaced. Her alleged photo scandal is currently viral online after she came out to be 'rumored other victim' of the infamous comedian-TV host Vhong Navarro.
On January 28, 2011, Roxanne Cabanero was featured on GMA7's "Wish Ko Lang" as Venus Raj loyal fan and look-alike. See video below:
