A Facebook video showing the modus operandi of suspected members of "Hulog Barya Gang" is currently making rounds online. It reveals how the gang victimized a woman aboard a jeep in Cebu City.
In the video, an unidentified female passenger is sitting in between three men. An alleged member accidentally drops his coins and then asked the poor victims to move a little in order for him to pick them. Then, another man beside the girl used his huge bag as a cover while stealing the victim's valuables. The third man in the video, might be a member of the group as he didn't bother to move to give wider space.
