The Truth Behind Kathleen Mahilac Viral Photos of Her House Decorated with P1000 Bills

The controversial wife of the alleged drug lord, Mayor Cris Mahilac of Sinacaban, Misasmis Occidental, Kathleen Tejada Mahilac breaks silence after alleged photos of a P500-bill decorated house goes viral.

Mayor Mahilac was one of the local government officials named by President Rodrigo Duterte as among the top drug lords in the country. Recently alleged photos of the mayor’s wife went viral as they looked really lavish as there is are photos of a house decorated with P500-bills that are hanging in walls and ceiling. But, Kathleen Mahilac now breaks her silence as she wrote a lengthy post on her Facebook account and pointed out that her husband, Mayor Cris ‘will always remain not guilty of the allegations’ thrown against him. She explained that the luxurious things like designer bags, the BMW car, and jewelry all came from his husband who was a businessman even before entering politics, according to Kathleen. Also, she clarified that the P500 and P1000 bills decorated inside their house was just part of their New Year’s Eve tradition.

“For now i will break my silence! The HONORABLE CRISINCIANO MAHILAC will always remain not guilty of the allegations throwned against him. HE IS NOT ON THE LISTS! NOW BASHERS, the next time before u do any comment on the issues try to see if it will make good to u or to ur fellow. I know very obviously that some bashers are trying to pull down my personality. I know WHO are they! If ever ive done something in the past, that was the time when I Was SINGLE! And its my private life and that is none of ur business! FOR THE BASHERS THIS IS FOR U: THE NEXT TIME U DO THIS TO SOMEONE MAKE SURE THERE IS NO CHILD/ BABY THAT U WILL INCLUDE WHEN U ARE BASHING! MATAKOT KAYO KAY GOD! We are not on the same family name because we are not married i am just the Common law wife and we are living in for almost 5years. For those who are claiming that mayor Cris is Married i assure you he is not! Because he himself knows that He is SINGLE! So i am not a mistress because ang isang mistress yun yung tinatago at hndi pinapakilala sa mga tao. For my things? Bags ? Jewelries? Cars? well he is a businessman already before he entered politics. Wala nlng ba kaming karapatang magkaroon ng ganyan? I myself know the truth that WE ARE NOT into the drug business! Many people knows that. MAYOR CRIS’ business was established 10 years ago.

For the money being displayed inside the house in Mindanao: truth is! 500 pesos / 1000 peso bills are not being decorated. It is our tradition that every New year Goodlucks are coming if we will hang moneys around the house. Everybody is welcome to take pictures inside the house because We are not hiding anything! Mayor Cris is just being so overwhelmed of what he became right now because for u to know He is from RAGS TO RICHES. From being a gardener in an executive village and from being a baker in ozamiz and from being a driver in a wealthy family in dasma way back 1990’s. And that is a very long long story. And i don’t need to explain myself for that! This is so enough!”
