VIRAL VIDEO: Lea Salonga Takes the Ice Bucket Challenge

The Broadway Diva Lea Salonga has accepted the dare of Il Divo's Urs Buhler to do latest viral phenomenon that has taken over the internet, the "ice bucket challenge."

In a video posted by Salonga she explained that an uncle of her husband, Robert Charles Chien, passed away due to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) "not very long ago."

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge is one of the most viral activity on social media involving dumping a bucket of icy water on one's head or else they were obliged to donate to the ALS Association in the United States.

Lea passed the challenge to "Glee" actor Darren Criss, Aga Muhlach, and her fellow "The Voice" coaches apl.de.ap, Bamboo Mañalac and Sarah Geronimo, to do the challenge.
